Article We ALWAYS reply to every help ticket (unless it's spam, of course)
Most tickets are answered within hours.... ALL tickets are answered within 24-48 hours (unless we are on vacation...)

If you didn't receive our reply it is likely that your e-mail provider has BLOCKED our mail to you. In order to continue communication with us, please REGISTER for a support desk account, login, and then submit a ticket. In 24 hours log back into your support desk account and check for our reply.
